HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?

WE REQUIRE 5 DAYS MINIMUM NOTICE FOR ALL TABLES AND A 3 DAY MINIMUM NOTICE FOR ALL PLATTERS AND BOXES.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, HOWEVER, WE DO OFFER DATE CHANGES IF WE ARE TOLD WELL IN ADVANCE AND HAVE THE AVAILABILITY.

CAN YOU TRAVEL?

WE LOVE TO TRAVEL! SO YES, WHEREVER YOUR EVENT WILL BE LOCATED FIG & FOLK WOULD BE HAPPY TO SET UP YOUR BEAUTIFUL GRAZE. WE CAN ALSO DELIVER GRAZING BOXES. PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR TERMS OF SERVICES PAGE TO SEE WHERE WE ARE CURRENTLY DELIVERING. TRAVEL COSTS WILL ALSO VARY FOR EACH REQUEST DEPENDENT ON DISTANCE AND ORDER.

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SET UP?

TIME IS DEPENDENT ON THE LENGTH OF GRAZE BOOKED. WE NORMALLY REQUIRE 1 HOUR TO OFFLOAD AND SET UP, THEN A FURTHER 1-3 HOURS TO GET THE TABLE READY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING LOOKS A WORK OF ART READY TO WOW YOUR GUESTS.

HOW LONG DOES THE FOOD STAY OUT FOR?

TABLES USED MUST BE LOCATED IN A COOL AND SHADED AREA AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT. THE FOOD ON THE GRAZING TABLES CAN BE LEFT OUT FOR 4 HOURS BUT MUST BE DISPOSED OF AFTER THIS TIME.

DO YOU REQUIRE PARKING ON- SITE?

YES, WE NEED PARKING THAT IS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE VENUE. IF THIS IS A PROBLEM, LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE SO WE CAN FIND THE BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION.

FIG & FOLK SOCIAL MEDIA

AFTER THE HARD WORK MAKING YOUR TABLE LOOK GREAT, WE LOVE TO SHOWCASE THE TABLE BY POSTING IMAGES ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS! HOWEVER, IF YOU PREFER US NOT TO, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK? DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

ON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT AND THE REMAINING BALANCE TO BE PAID 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT, INCLUDING FULL PAYMENT DETAILS.

ORDERS PLACED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE EVENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES?

ABSOLUTELY! YES WE CATER FOR DIFFERENT DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES. IF YOU COULD LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE BY FILLING IN YOUR REQUIREMENTS WHEN BOOKING SO WE CAN ASSIST YOU SMOOTHLY ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON PROVIDING THE BEST STANDARD AT FIG & FOLK, FROM THE WAY OUR PRODUCE IS DELIVERED BY OUR SUPPLIERS BEFOREHAND TO HOW IT IS SERVED TO YOU ON THE DAY.

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES?

SADLY WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLES. WE ASK YOU TO PROVIDE A BEAUTIFUL TABLE AND WE WILL BRING THE REST!

DO YOU SUPPLY PLATES, CUTLERY AND NAPKINS?

WE DEFINITELY DO! WE MAKE SURE FIG & FOLK NOT ONLY DELIVER AMAZING LOOKING (AND TASTING) FOOD, BUT ALSO THAT WE ARE SUPER CONSCIOUS ABOUT OUR ENVIRONMENT. THEREFORE, WE USE BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS AND BAMBOO PLATES WHICH CAN BE PROVIDED AT AN EXTRA COST.

WHERE DOES YOUR PRODUCE COME FROM?

AT FIG & FOLK WE MAKE IT OUR PRIORITY TO SOURCE SOME OF THE BEST SUPPLIERS IN THE UK. WE TRY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PRODUCE WE SOURCE IS MADE LOCALLY, MAKING SURE THAT WE SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES. HOWEVER SOMETIMES THIS CAN PROVE RATHER DIFFICULT, BUT WE MAKE SURE THAT WE WORK WITH TRUSTED INDEPENDENT SUPPLIERS WHO GUARANTEE 100% FRESH AND WHOLESOME PRODUCE.
